Anyone can write a Trustpilot review. Quick and efficient order process / delivery (although I did make sure I ordered the device whilst it was in stock). I paid extra for shipping, only to end up waiting longer than someone who went with https://www.ringospin-casino.org/ the cheaper option. I recently purchased a Flipper Zero, opting for the more expensive shipping option in hopes that it would arrive faster. They took my money, and have been playing games with myself and many others for two weeks now.

- Trying to slam a company that is doing their best over such a terrible period is very upsetting.Called the customer who refused to talk to us so we are unable to help her.
- Ordered the therapy game, it was packaged well and arrived in super quick time.
However it seems they are taking many orders and not fulfilling them leaving them with a large amount of money which isn’t theirs in their account. I am yet to receive a refund for an order they couldn’t fulfill. It seems a few of their customers are having the same issue I am. People like this need to be caught and made to pay back all the money they are stealing My order wasn’t fulfilled and was promised a refund which I’m still waiting for over a month later. Hope this helps everyone else that is due money back from these cowboys.

The quality is not real rubber like the original car mat. The support team sent me a photo of all the mat, and I agreed, it looks fine in the photo. - I ordered toys for my daughter on 12th May and it stated 7-14 day delivery.
- I emailed the company to query this, and having spent a good hour having read the awful reviews I wish I’d seen before I ordered I mentioned possibly needing to cancel my bank.
- Seen this happen before with cheap shipping methods that utilize multiple methods of shipment and overly convoluted shipping methods with tons of random stops.
- Emailed for an update and received a snippy reply from someone basically saying that they were dealing with my order and i had contacted them too early and i no right to be asking for an update yet.

Ordered an item a month ago, still not received …. The company refunded me without any explanation at all. Reading other reviews it would appear that you’ll get a line about the portal being down, or Shopify being slow.I’d suggest reviewing your business practices.
Dispatch email received straight away but the items never arrived. You can find the same items elsewhere at a cheaper prices and it accompanied by much better service. As per my previous review I finally got a reply to my email saying refund had been processed and would take around a week to show on my account. I trust Gamerama will see this review, please do not phone me, just refund my money please. Having read through these reviews I’m obviously not alone. We are so happy that you love the clothes and our service.

I was charged for items which I found out were out of stock after I queried why I hadn’t received any dispatch or delivery information. Taking money for items not received is theft. Wonderful boutique with great customer service and great quality clothing! Super speedy delivery and excellent customer service.
If the company is having difficulties then a simple email to make customers aware of this could solve a lot of problems. I had to fill out a form and send them proof that the company had agreed the refund. After having trouble obtaining my refund from this company I went to my bank.
Sounds like the company doesn’t care about other people’s time, and is likely severely understaffed if they have to operate this way. Making people wait 20 days for a replacement if it’s lost or damaged during shipping is terrible. I haven’t experienced worse customer service that I can recall.

Paid for expedited shipping, and it’s 13 days in currently on waiting and the package appears to be jumping around the US randomly. Emailed support got this automatic reply before getting actual support which is telling in a lot of ways. Order has not been received, still waiting with no results.Contacted support about a ETA and basically was told outright they don’t have a ETA and your are just told to wait. Took payment immediately, order has sat for days without shipping and I paid for the expedited shipping method. Package was never send, support does not reply on requests. Truly awful service from start to finish. Surprise surprise no refund yet!!!! Now its the 5th july and still no refund. But due to the fact that i needed the item i said i would wait. My next step is to contact the consumer ombudsman as this is a poor way to handle customers
